This is how we cook Seafoods...




      Seafoods is any form of sea life regarded as food by humans, prominently including fish and shellfish. Shellfish include various species of molluscs (e.g. bivalve molluscs such as clams, oysters, and mussels and cephalopods such as octopus and squid), crustaceans (e.g. shrimp, crabs, and lobster), and echinoderms (e.g. sea cucumbers and sea urchins).

This is our Ingredients

  • 3 lemons divided use
  • 1/2 cup Old Bay seasoning plus more for garnish
  • 8 cloves garlic smashed
  • 1 onion peeled and cut into 6 pieces
  • 1 pound small Yukon gold potatoes halved
  • 4 ears corn on the cob cut into 3-4 inch pieces
  • 3 lobster tails
  • 1 pound clams scrubbed

Instructions on how to cook our specialty

  • Heat oil in the pan you will use for baking.
  • Add the gralic and cook a minute more.
  • Sprinkle salt over the tomatillos as they are cooking.
  • If using clam juice, add to pan, turn up the heat to reduce by half.
  • Add the cheese and shrimp.
